Steel Storage Building in North Myrtle Beach, SC

Jack LawsonNorth Myrtle Beach, SC

We were in desperate need for a storage building for our community outreach ministries and after comparing manufacturers of metal buildings we decided on MBMI as our choice. The design staff and engineering group at MBMI were fantastic. They made sure all the required building codes were incorporated in the design to insure a smooth permitting process for our locality.

The local steel erector we used has been erecting steel and steel buildings in our area for over 20 years and he told us this was the easiest building they have erected. No missing parts, design plans that were precise and all the steel was manufactured to exact dimensions.

On a personal note, as the primary person for the completion of this storage building on time and in budget I would like to thank each person at MBMI for their help in making this project a complete success. There was never a question, a phone call or email that went unanswered and as a small church with limited expertise in building structures, there were a lot of questions.

About the building:
The building is 40' x 70' x 11' with 1:12 roof pitch.
There are two 10' x 8' openings for doors and five 4' x 3' openings for windows.
