Attached are some pics from a project we did with MBMI for the City of Fruita Public works in Colorado. The roof insulation is the Simple Saver Liner which got us a R-38 value and it looks great. We painted the main frames here with epoxy because the cooling is swamp coolers and introduces a lot of humidity. Great building as usual, thanks MBMI! PNCI Construction

Fruita
About the building:
75′ x 221′ x 19′
Roof Slope: 2:12
The project consisted of adding a 17,000 sf metal building to tie the two buildings together into one large shop facility. The remodel of the existing and new addition provided for new service bays, a mezzanine for storage, bathroom/locker room areas, and future office expansion space.
