The 30A Club is a 40,000 sq. ft. gym, cafe, and entertainment venue coming to the west end of Florida’s scenic Highway 30A in Walton County in Spring 2027. MBMI designed and manufactured the custom 100′ x 225′ steel building at the heart of the project, featuring a hipped roof at the center peak and a full structural mezzanine.
The building was erected by C2 Construction LLC of DeFuniak Springs, FL, and is engineered to the Florida Building Code with a 148 MPH wind rating.
