From the first day of dealing with MBMI, I was impressed with their customer service. Burt Strompf (ask for him, by the way) took our basic plan and came up with a design that was practical, great looking, and more cost-effective than our original plan. In fact, he saved us several thousand dollars compared to other competitor bids.
After the design phase, MBMI/Burt worked closely with us to make sure we had all the necessary supplies, documentation for permits, detail drawings, etc. In light of all of our countless questions, they were extremely patient and helpful, answering immediately either via email or phone. Even though we scheduled delivery months in advance, everything showed up on the exact days that we had scheduled.
Once the materials arrived, my dad and his crew (Johnny Brownlow Construction; shameless plug) had the building erected in just under a week’s time. During the construction process, Burt and Brian at MBMI followed up to make sure everything was perfect. While we had anticipated something pretty cool, it turned out awesome! My family and friends love it, as do the countless strangers that stop on the road and ask about it. I have already referred MBMI to several people (some of which have already contacted Burt) and will continue to do so.
