My order definitely was not the easiest as it required multiple changes and my needs were complicated. The manager called me himself and pretty much held my hand the entire way to make sure my order was done correctly. By the end of the process it was clear MBMI is a company where everyone cares. I really mean it when I say I would not have been able to complete my order without the help and hard work of the team.
When it comes to quality I live in an area with the strictest building codes in the country (wind rating of 185 mph) and even the inspectors were impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the final product.
